Billing information (card details, billing address) is processed directly by Stripe and not stored on Altriix servers. We retain records of:

  • Subscription tier and status
  • Payment history and invoice references
  • VAT identification number (where provided)

3.3 Platform Usage Data

We collect data generated by your use of the Platform, including:

  • Prompt inputs and analysis configurations
  • Output data and dashboard interactions
  • Feature usage logs and session data

3.4 Technical Data

We automatically collect:

  • IP address
  • Browser type and version
  • Device and operating system information
  • Pages accessed and referral URLs

4. Legal Basis for Processing
