Terms and Conditions

1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Altriix platform ("Platform"), operated by B One Consulting, Dubai South Headquarters, P.O. Box 282228, Dubai, UAE ("Altriix", "we", "us"). By creating an account or accessing the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

1.1 Business Use Only

The Platform is intended exclusively for business customers. Use of the Platform by consumers acting outside of a trade, business, or professional capacity is not permitted. By registering an account, you confirm that you are acting in a business capacity.

2. Service Description

Altriix is an AI engine citation intelligence platform. The Platform enables brand and marketing teams to track brand presence in AI-generated responses across large language models, identify citation gaps, and produce structured prompt-driven analysis outputs.

The Platform is offered under the following subscription tiers: Free Trial, Solo, Agency, and Enterprise. Feature availability varies by tier.

2.1 Service Scope and Limitations

For clarity, the Platform:

• Tracks and analyses how brands appear in AI-generated responses across supported large language models
• Provides prompt-driven citation analysis and structured output data
• Identifies gaps between brand presence and competitor presence in AI-generated content

The Platform does not:

• Guarantee improvement in brand visibility or citation frequency within any AI model
• Provide strategic, legal, or professional advice of any kind
• Control, influence, or modify the behaviour of any third-party large language model
• Warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated outputs

Output quality is dependent on the quality of inputs provided by the Customer, including prompt configuration and data submitted. Altriix does not warrant that outputs will meet the Customer's expectations.

2.2 Third-Party LLMs

The Platform relies on third-party large language models and data sources that are outside Altriix's control. Availability and behaviour of those models may change without notice. Altriix expressly reserves the right to modify the list of supported LLMs at its reasonable discretion and will inform customers of material changes.

3. Free Trial

A 7-day free trial is available without requiring payment details. The trial provides access to a limited feature set as defined on the Pricing page. Trial accounts are limited to one per organisation. At the end of the trial period, access is downgraded unless a paid subscription is activated.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

4.1 Subscription Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

4.2 Fees and VAT

All subscription fees are stated exclusive of applicable value added tax (VAT) or equivalent indirect taxes, which will be added where required by law.

The Platform is a B2B service. Customers registered for VAT in the European Union are subject to the reverse charge mechanism. In such cases, VAT will not be charged by Altriix; the Customer is responsible for self-assessing and accounting for VAT in accordance with the applicable rules in their jurisdiction. A VAT identification number may be provided at checkout.

Customers outside the EU, or EU customers without a valid VAT ID, will receive invoices without a VAT line unless otherwise required by applicable law.

4.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorise Stripe to charge the applicable subscription fee. Altriix does not store card data directly.

4.4 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, access to the Platform is suspended immediately. No grace period applies. Access is automatically restored upon successful payment of the outstanding invoice. Altriix is not liable for any loss arising from suspension due to failed payment.

4.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing settings in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for the remaining portion of a paid period, except where required by applicable law.

4.6 Refunds

Except as required by law, all subscription fees are non-refundable. Requests for refunds in exceptional circumstances may be submitted, submit here, and are subject to Altriix's sole discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Platform
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform in bulk without written consent
• Circumvent access controls, rate limits, or account restrictions
• Share account credentials or provide access to the Platform to unauthorised third parties
• Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights

6. Customer Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Altriix, B One Consulting, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from and against any third-party claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your unlawful or unauthorised use of the Platform
• Your breach of these Terms
• Content or data you submit to the Platform that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, and materials comprising the Platform are the property of B One Consulting or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

You retain ownership of data and content you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant Altriix a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely to provide the Platform's services.

8. Data and Privacy

Altriix processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at altriix.ai/privacy. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

9. Availability and Modifications

Altriix does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-Platform notice. Continued use of the Platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Altriix does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated outputs or citation analysis results. Outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Altriix, its affiliates, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Altriix's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Altriix in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
